The Hospitaller Order of St. Lazarus of Jerusalem is a Christian confraternity of Lazarites from various jurisdictions from all parts of the world. The Sacred Medical Order of the Knights of Hope is a fully-fledged institutional member of the Order of St. Lazarus. SMOKH, Inc. is a registered non-profit religious organization.

SMOKH members may opt to be personally inducted into the ranks of St. Lazarus and partake the centuries old oath of St. Lazarus gives the latter organization a direct and undiluted charitable boost since 100% of the membership dues and promotion fees are entrusted to the St. Lazarus Foundation which oversees extensive Hospitaller and philanthropic initiatives worldwide.

The Knights of Hope offer their services of health screening to the public.

On Thursday, April 18th, an screening for weight, blood pressure and blood sugar will be offered to the Public on Nevis Island.
